William H. Harrell, Esq.

William (Will) H. Harrell is a native of Lakeland, Florida, and a fifth generation Floridian. 

After receiving dual bachelor’s degrees in Food & Resource Economics and Political Science from the University of Florida, Will went on to earn both his J.D. and M.B.A. from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.  Beginning his career as an estate planning and corporate transactional attorney in Lakeland, Will left private practice to join Harrell's, LLC full time in 2015.  While overseeing legal operations for the nationwide company, Will’s practice areas grew to include corporate compliance as well as government and regulatory affairs.  Returning to private practice in 2021, Will’s law practice specializes in estate planning, corporate transactions, real estate, and regulatory advisement.


Will is a member of Christ Community Presbyterian Church in Lakeland.  In addition, Will is a member of Florida Blue Key and serves on the UF/IFAS Advancement Council at the University of Florida. He is an active member of the community where he currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Lakeland Economic Development Council as well as Harrell’s, Inc., in addition to the Parker Street Ministries Advisory Board.

Will and his wife, Julia Klein Harrell, married in 2014. They have three sons, Holton, Wells, and John Owen and reside in Lakeland.
